Cathrine Burnett-Wake has been a Registered Migration Agent since 2003. Prior to this, she worked with the Migration Review Tribunal. Cathrine has post-secondary qualifications in Accounting, Investigations, and Migration Law. She has 10 years of migration law experience and works in all areas of Australian migration dealing with all visa types, including handling complex immigration matters before the Migration Review Tribunal and Refugee Review Tribunal. Cathrine is also a volunteer Registered Migration Agent for the Casey Cardinia Community Legal Service in Dandenong a suburb of Melbourne in the state of Victoria.
Cathrine currently lives in Melbourne, the capital of the state of Victoria in Australia with her husband and son, she has also spent time living in the United Kingdom as her husband is British. She has been through the immigration and visa process herself for the United Kingdom, and also for her husband’s Australian Partner visa, so knows firsthand how stressful the process can be.
Cathrine enjoys travelling, and has travelled to many parts of the world. Russia is on her to-do list and she is hoping to get there sometime soon. During her down time, she loves nothing more than spending time with her family and also indulging her love of coffee and cake.
